Return Policy

• All Sales Final - We offer an exchange or store-credit only policy, unless item is damaged upon delivery.
• You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items. Returns will not be excepted after relevant returns period.
• Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original tags still attached.
• Undergarments cannot be returned due to our hygiene policy.
• Once your order is received and inspected, store-credit or an exchange will be processed.
• Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
• Allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

Returns Process

• Email orders@clints.co, including your order number, item(s) and reason for return.
• Alternatively items can be exchanged at our Manchester store.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed properly and ensure that you get proof of postage/tracked delivery in case you need to contact us about your return.
