Job Description
Lead and manage the retail team: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure a motivated and high-performing team. Provide continuous feedback and support to ensure individual and team success.
Drive sales performance: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies, product placement, and promotional activities. Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to maximize revenue.
Deliver exceptional customer service: Lead by example to ensure that customers receive outstanding service. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Visual merchandising and store presentation: Oversee the store’s visual display to ensure it aligns with the brand’s image and standards. Regularly refresh product displays and ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Inventory management: Manage stock levels and oversee inventory control to minimize loss and ensure products are always available for customers. Organize and conduct regular stocktakes.
Operational management: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed.
Product knowledge and training: Keep yourself and the team updated on the latest streetwear trends and product offerings. Educate the team on the features and benefits of the products we offer to enhance their ability to sell effectively.
Customer engagement and loyalty: Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business. Create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere that reflects the brand’s streetwear culture.
Collaborate with marketing: Support the execution of local events, promotions, and product launches. Ensure in-store promotions align with marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, storing, and shipping Clints Inc. products.
Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing direction, training, and support to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Ensure the timely and efficient processing of orders for both retail and online customers, meeting shipping deadlines.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Coordinate with other departments such as customer service, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Monitor warehouse performance and suggest improvements to optimize processes and reduce costs.
Handle returns, exchanges, and damaged goods as part of warehouse operations.
