What is store-credit?
Store credit is a form of payment that is issued by Clints, to customers who return items. Instead of receiving a cash refund, you are given a credit that can be used towards future purchases at our store.
How to receive store-credit:
When returning an item if you don't opt for an exchange, you will be provided with store credit. You will receive a personalised store credit code via email, which will be equivalent to the value of the returned item(s).
How to use store-credit:
1. Add the desired items to your shopping cart.
2. Proceed to the checkout page.
3. During the checkout process, you will have the option to apply your store credit.
4. Enter the store credit code into the discount code box.
5. The store credit amount will be deducted from your total order value.
6. Complete the checkout process by providing any additional required information and confirming your order.
